About Us
Welcome to Thayer Distribution. My family has had the privilege of serving vending and wholesale customers in the snack food industry since 1978. We operate out of two strategically located distribution centers in New Jersey, with over 140,000 sq. feet of storage space. We serve over nine hundred customers located in fourteen states. Our fleet of twenty tractor-trailers is company owned and operated.
My family and I came to the United States in 1976 with nothing more than aspirations of finding a better life. This country has proven to us that if you work hard, you can achieve amazing things. We have, and continue to, "Live the American Dream." For that, we are eternally thankful.
Like many of you, we have come a long way from our humble beginings. However, we continue to operate our company with the same guiding principles that have fostered our prosperity throughout the years. We know there is no substitute for hard work, especially in this industry. We strive to continuously improve our operating efficiency and eliminate unnecessary costs. We are financially conservative, and we value that principle in our customers as well. We look to partner with only the best within the industry. We understand the impact technology can have, when properly applied, in delivering consistent customer experiences. Lastly, we value integrity because it is the only way to sustain long-term relationships.
